Open flame, carefully chosen cuts of grass-fed Canarian beef and a grill that sets the pace of the night. No shortcuts: the chimichurri is homemade and every cut is cooked to order — the charcoal grill fires up from 6 PM.
Regulars say the same thing every time: good meat, generous portions, and the odd Saturday with live music.
